We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following refund and return policy carefully, especially for large electronic appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and other major home electronics
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and parts included.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Products must be returned in resellable condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
⚠️ Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain home goods (e.g., bedding, pillows) are non-returnable once opened.
❌ Installed or used major appliances are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Special Conditions for Electronic Appliances
For large appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, ovens, etc.:

These items must be inspected at the time of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the damage.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund after inspection and approval.
Appliances that have been installed, connected, or used in any way cannot be returned unless deemed defective under warranty.
3. How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions, including a return authorization and return address.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

For large or bulky appliances, we may help coordinate a freight return at your cost.

International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, import duties, or customs fees.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts, we may reduce the refund amount or deny it entirely.
6. Exchanges & Replacements
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your product qualifies:

We may request photos or a short video showing the issue.

A replacement will be sent after verification.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled if they haven’t yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is processed.
